At Angular, one of
our major goal is to support customer success. In doing so, we strive
to add value to the services that we provide. One of the key factor
enabling success is the ability to reduce inventory and at the same
time, improve Lead Time. And to reach this goal, we continuously work
to maintain an orderly and efficient flow of materials throughout
our manufacturing process. |

With our AMI-WIP
inspection process, we are able to track material flow through
each workstation. The Work-In-Process Lots are documented and
inspected for each movement through the workstation. This improves
traceability and product yield rate allowing real time inventory
tracking which results in our ability to practice Just-In-Time
(JIT) manufacturing. The ability to provide JIT tools such as
Lean Manufacturing and Kanban System, we add value to the services
that we provide to our customers. And the value comes from reducing
the need for inventory maintenance.
