PROTOTYPE Flexibility is key for a successful prototype run since changes in the design are frequent. The flexibility is needed for product sculpting prior to the first customer shipment. With an experienced machinist staff supported by cutting-edge machinery technology, we can work closely with our customers’ engineering group to allow changes before, during and after the initial production run. Some design assistants such as manufacturing costs, manufacturing techniques and material considerations are supported during this process. ASSEMBLY
To better service our customers, Angular provides various mechanical assemblies which includes Single Unit and Final Chassis Assemblies. Our assembly processes are created to meet all customer specs.

FINISH REQUIREMENT
Angular works closely with our vendors to provide extensive finish capabilities for our customers. Plating to meet all Mil-Specs, painting to meet all FED STD spec, silkscreen and clean room capability are some available finish requirements that we provide.

REVERSE ENGINEERING
Equipped with a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and a variety of high end inspection equipments, we can transfer the geometry of any part to a CAD file. Whether accompanied with a print or not, we strive for precision.
